Generate a web link for a FaceTime call while creating an event in Calendar, so everyone knows exactly where to meet and when.
How to integrate a FaceTime call in the Calendar App:
- Open the Calendar app
- Select a day you want the FaceTime call to be on
- Tap the + button in the righthand corner
- Tap Location or Video Call and tap FaceTime
- Fill out the specifics for the event
- After saving the event to your calendar, tap the event to view Event Details
- Next to FaceTime, tap the Share icon
- Share the FaceTime link to whoever you want to join via text, email, etc.
Once you've sent the link to the participant(s), they'll receive a prompt to join the call. If the participant tries to join, a request will be sent to you. The participant cannot join until you allow them access.
