Pro Tip: Select, quit and hide macOS apps using Command+Tab

The Command+Tab key command is the primary keyboard shortcut for switching between applications in macOS. Hold Command and then press Tab and you’ll see icons representing every application open on your Mac. Continue to press Tab until you switch to the application you want.

Quit or Hide Applications
Press
Command+Tab and select the application you want to quit or hide. Continue pressing
Command, then press the
“q” key to quit, press
"h" to hide.
