Pro Tip: Screen Time on iPhone

With Screen Time, you can access real-time reports showing how much time you spend on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. You can also set limits for what you want to manage. Screen Time also lets you know how much time you and your kids spend on apps, websites, and more. This way, you can make more informed decisions about how you use your devices, and set limits if you'd like to.
How to enable Screen Time
- Open Settings
- Tap Screen Time
- Tap Turn On Screen Time
- You'll be directed to a page that gives you a rundown of what Screen Time can do - press Continue to move forward
- Next you'll be asked if this if your iPhone or your Child's iPhone - select the option you want
You can view the average time you spend on your phone, limit various app usage, schedule time away from your iPhone, limit communication, add privacy and content restrictions, and require a passcode to review your Screen Time activities. You can disable Screen Time by tapping Turn Off Screen Time at the bottom of the page.
